Career Catapult Bootcamp Continues to Deliver Transformational Results Across Four Cohorts

Lion Solutions is proud to celebrate the success of the Career Catapult Bootcamp Program (CCBP) within its first programming year, which has successfully trained four cohorts of Montgomery County residents seeking to launch or transition into technology careers. Through CompTIA Tech+ aligned instruction, hands-on labs, career coaching, and certification preparation, the program has equipped career changers, veterans, federally impacted residents, justice-impacted citizens and technology beginners with the foundational skills needed to pursue opportunities in today's digital workforce.

The impact of the program continues to exceed expectations. Across Cohorts 1 through 4, participants reported 97% exceptional instructor ratings, 100% would recommend the program to others, and 90% expressed interest in pursuing CompTIA certification.
