Taija (Taj) Thomas is the founder of Lion Solutions, LLC and serves as the President and Principal. Taija recently served as an Enterprise Technical Manager with 27 years of experience in the information technology (IT) field. He has extensive experience with IT services delivery including customer support services utilizing the ITIL framework for Systems, Network and Telecommunications Engineering including Data Security Operations and Compliance utilizing industry best practices.
Taj is a hands-on leader, with experience leading a variety of projects including time sensitive data center moves; IPv6 engineering and transition planning; medium to large scale VoIP implementations; designing and implementing heterogeneous network systems for mission critical services; and managing daily operations including patch, log and change management processes. Taj is an effective communicator and is known for his personable management and expressive leadership style. Taj is a native Washingtonian and currently resides and provides support in the DC region.
